Tripartite Collaboration between Government, Enterprises, and Research Institutes! Nuohui Joins Hands with Wuxi High-Tech Zone and Academy of Agricultural Sciences to Build a New Ecosystem for Precision Pet Care Industry
Wuxi, September 20, 2025 Nuohui, a leading enterprise in China’s pet care industry, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Administrative Committee of Wuxi High-Tech Zone and Wuxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Focusing on the core track of “precision pet care and nutrition”, the cooperation centers on technological synergy, industrial empowerment, and market implementation. It jointly addresses three major industry-wide pain points: pet eye clouding, skin sensitivity, and rough hair with excessive shedding, and builds a full-link industrial closed loop of “R&D – Production – Service” to provide partners with more market-competitive locally adapted products and cooperation plans.
The tripartite cooperation forms a complementary core advantage: Wuxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences provides professional technical support in pet nutrition formula R&D and ingredient safety testing, especially providing empirical data in “breed-adapted nutrition ratio” and “natural ingredient efficacy verification” for hair care; Wuxi High-Tech Zone provides guarantee for large-scale production and cost optimization with its complete industrial supporting facilities, supply chain resources and policy support; Nuohui opens its own R&D center and market channels to quickly convert scientific research achievements into standardized products, and shares terminal customer demand data to feed back R&D iteration.
According to the cooperation agreement, the three parties will invest 8 million yuan in initial R&D funds, covering more than 50 common pet breeds, and focus on breaking through two core technical directions: first, precise anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation formulas for eye care; second, efficient nutrient absorption technology for hair care. It is planned to launch joint eye care, hair care and skin care product lines simultaneously in the second quarter of 2026. All products comply with the ISO9001 quality management system standard for the pet care industry and can be directly adapted for bulk procurement and scenario-based application. “Relying on the technical endorsement of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the industrial advantages of the High-Tech Zone, our products will form differentiated competitiveness in the adaptability to local pet physiques and ingredient safety, providing partners with core products with high repurchase rates,” said the R&D director of Nuohui.
In the future, the three parties will deepen industrial-level cooperation: jointly carry out special training; co-build a pet health database to provide partners with accurate product selection suggestions; and expand the joint promotion model of “R&D + Enterprise + Channel” to empower partners to explore the market. This collaboration not only helps Nuohui build a full-category product matrix of “eye + hair + skin”, but also provides high-quality supply with “technical compliance, breed adaptability and cost controllability” for the B-end pet care industry, helping partners enhance their core competitiveness.
